As an Administrative Assistant, you will be involved in supporting multiple groups across the site. Coordinate activities between departments and outside parties. Contacts company personnel at all organizational levels to gather information and prepare reports. Work is generally of a critical or confidential nature. Works on complex assignments where independent action and a high degree of initiative are required in resolving problems and developing recommendations. Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments and may direct the activities of other non-exempt personnel.
Performs a variety of complex administrative support duties for one or more supervisors, managers, individual contributors, or organizational unit.
Acts as an information source on organizational policies and procedures; participate in planning of functions; administer organizational correspondence control and provides assistance to department members.
Coordinates and tracks activities/projects that relates to the Bargaining unit contract (Attendance, Vacations etc.)
Gathers, collects, records, tracks and verifies data and information from multiple sources.
Compiles reviews and analyzes data.
Uses software for functional area to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations.
Provides data and information to others on functional unit processes and procedures.
Able to work well with Supervisors, Managers and shop employees.
Coordinate and work with Human Resources pertaining Bargaining Unit employees
Works closely with Labor accounting and timekeeping personnel
Order and Reconcile P-card transactions
Requirements
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
A High School Diploma and 4 years work experience in a similar environment
Skilled in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
Must be organized
Desire to continue learning new skills
Energetic and able to prioritize work and adapt to change
Able to perform Data Entry when needed
Able to work in a team environment
Able to work cross functionally with other departments
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Advanced level proficiency with word processing, presentation, spreadsheet, database, email, and calendar software.
Ability to integrate information from a variety of sources into correspondence or presentation materials or reports.
Ability to use independent judgment to resolve moderately complex issues.
Ability to perform analysis, generate reports, and make recommendations.
Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range:
$46500 - $74400
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
