Schedule:
Tuesday-Thursday, 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. (approximately 18 hours per week)

$18-$22 per hour, based on experience. This is an in-office position located in Brighton, Michigan. This is not a remote or work-from-home position. What You'll Do Greet clients and create a warm, professional first impression. Answer and direct client calls Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office. Perform data entry, bookkeeping support, and spreadsheet management using Excel and other office software. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to questions and resolving issues. Assist with office management tasks, including ordering supplies, organizing workspaces, and keeping the office running smoothly. Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents while proofreading for accuracy. Process incoming and outgoing mail. Support leadership with scheduling, organization, and special projects. Look for ways to improve processes and help wherever needed. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Is highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented. Qualifications Previous experience in an administrative, office, or clerical support role. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. Experience with data entry, calendar management, filing systems, and general office operations. Knowledge of the financial services industry is a plus, but not required.
