We are a Tier 1 polyurethane foam manufacturer serving the automotive industry and are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who take pride in being part of a team. No prior manufacturing experience? We welcome entry-level candidates and are willing to train the right person. What You'll Do Operate production machinery and assembly equipment safely and accurately Help maintain quality standards Keep your workstation clean and organized Meet daily production and attendance expectations Follow established safety procedures Work with team members and supervisors to keep production running smoothly Perform other related duties as needed What We're Looking For We're looking for people who: Have reliable and consistent attendance Take pride in doing quality work Follow instructions and safety procedures Work well as part of a team Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn Are interested in a long-term employment opportunity Can understand and follow work instructions Previous manufacturing, assembly, or machine operation experience is helpful but not required. Physical & Work Environment This is an active, hands-on manufacturing position.
