On-site/Remote/Hybrid Position Overview Jake's Dog Walking and Pet Care is seeking 2-3 organized, personable, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistants to manage our daily scheduling, handle client communications, and keep our operations running seamlessly. What You'll Do (Your Role)Scheduling & Calendar Management:
Update daily, weekly, and monthly schedules for dog walkers, pet sitters, and daycare drivers using our management software (Time to Pet CRM).Client Communications:
Serve as the primary point of contact via phone, email, and CRM (Time to Pet)—answering phone lines, confirming appointments, and handling client inquiries with care and professionalism.Lead Tracking & Onboarding:
Manage incoming leads, cultivate relationships with prospective clients, and maintain accurate client records in our database.Billing & Operational Support:
Track outstanding payments, follow up on overdue invoices, and maintain precise records across internal portals.Staff Coordination:
Help organize team coverage, coordinate schedule modifications, and support shift management for field staff.What We're Looking For Scheduling Experience:
Required. Previous experience managing calendars, dispatching, or coordinating shift schedules in a fast-paced environment.Tech Savvy:
Prior experience with Time to Pet CRM is preferred (though not required—we will train the right candidate!).Phone & Communication Skills:
Comfort answering inbound phone lines, handling client requests over the phone, and maintaining prompt email communication is preferred.Dog & Pet Handling Knowledge:
Prior experience working with or caring for dogs is preferred (not required), but a love for animals is a must!Organization & Detail:
Excellent time-management skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to multitask smoothly.Qualifications & Requirements Background Check:
Ability to pass a standard background and reference check.Commitment:
Looking for candidates who can commit to the position for at least 6 months.Location:
