Every phone call you answer, every schedule you coordinate, and every customer you help shapes our reputation. Your work directly impacts the experience our customers have with our company. You'll help ensure every customer receives prompt, friendly service while keeping our daily operations running smoothly. As Utah Radon Defense continues to grow, this position offers opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and grow into larger roles within the company.
Your responsibilities will include:
Answer incoming phone calls, texts, and emails with professionalism and warmth Schedule appointments and coordinate technician calendars Follow up with customers regarding estimates, appointments, and completed work Enter and maintain accurate customer information in company software Assist with social media posting, marketing campaigns, and community outreach Monitor daily job schedules and communicate changes with technicians Request Google reviews from satisfied customers Help improve office systems and processes as the company grows Support the owner with admin tasks and special projects What Success Looks Like The right person will: Ensure every customer receives a prompt response and a five-star experience Keep technicians organized and informed Catch small mistakes before they become problems Maintain accurate records Take ownership of administrative tasks without constant supervision Help create a five-star customer experience from the first phone call to the final invoice Consistent social media presence Qualifications We're looking for someone who is: Highly organized and detail-oriented Friendly and confident speaking with customers Comfortable learning new software and technology Enjoys solving problems and finding better ways to do things Able to prioritize multiple tasks throughout the day Reliable, dependable, and punctual A strong written and verbal communicator A positive team player who enjoys helping others Preferred experience: Administrative or office experience Customer service experience Our Core Values We hire people who live our values.
