ASAP Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support multiple Financial Accounting teams in a fast-paced corporate environment. This role is responsible for managing incoming physical and electronic mail, determining appropriate routing and prioritization, and supporting various administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience supporting accounting or finance-related operations, and the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of an organization. Job Functions Open, review, and determine appropriate action for incoming mail and deliveries Scan and electronically distribute documents and correspondence Prioritize and route urgent materials to the appropriate teams Support two to three Financial Accounting teams with administrative tasks Perform ad hoc administrative assignments as needed Assist with document management and recordkeeping Utilize Microsoft Office applications, SAP, and Concur to support daily operations Maintain organized workflows and ensure timely completion of tasks Collaborate with team members and stakeholders across the organization Exercise critical thinking and problem-solving skills to support business needs Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience Experience supporting Accounts Payable processes, including Purchase Orders (POs) and PTP workflows Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Experience using SAP and Concur preferred Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated initiative, resourcefulness, and professionalism Strong relationship-building and teamwork skills Proven problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities Comfortable learning new technologies and systems Education High School Diploma or equivalent required Additional Information Hybrid work environment with onsite attendance required Monday through Thursday Some flexibility may be available as the assignment progresses Position involves handling physical mail, documents, and deliveries Candidates must be comfortable determining document urgency and ensuring proper distribution Opportunity to work closely with Finance and Accounting professionals in a collaborative environment

$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
