Job Description
About the job Clear Title & Abstract, LLC is seeking a proactive, organized, and friendly Administrative Assistant at our Council Bluffs office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interpersonal interactions, front-office coordination, provides excellent customer service, and can also support project-based work on an as-needed basis. This is a Full Time hourly position and candidate must have availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM at our Council Bluffs office. This position does not offer an option for remote work. Key Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and serve as the first point of contact at the front desk—greet and check in guests and clients with warmth and professionalism.
- Welcome visitors, direct inquiries, and provide attentive front-desk assistance.
- Answer inbound phone calls promptly and route messages to the appropriate contacts.
- Enter, update, and maintain data in office systems with a high level of accuracy.
- Maintain shared office spaces in a tidy and organized manner.
- Monitor and restock office supplies.
- Provide project support on an as-needed basis across teams.
- Ability to manage social media, a plus. Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED and minimum of 1 year of relevant title, banking, administrative assistant, receptionist, or office support experience.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Teams) and basic office technology.

Salary & Benefits The salary range for this role is $20- 24 per hour , based on experience, education, and skills. Clear Title offers eligible employees a competitive benefits package that includes:
