Job Description
Overview Join the LMCS team as an Administrative Assistant and become part of the vital support system that will help things smoothly as possible! This role offers the opportunity to utilize your organizational, computer, and social skills to help people feel welcomed & heard. Currently, this is a small business/company and has no more than the owner as staff. You'll handle some administrative tasks, coordinate schedules, manage communications, and ensure that daily operations flow. Creativity, patience, solution-orientation, and ambition is needed for this position. Duties Answer calls from potential clients and address the concerns of the caller. Maintain organized filing systems, perform data entry, and ensure accurate record-keeping using tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks. Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating personal assistant tasks as needed. Support office management activities including proofreading documents, managing office supplies, and overseeing clerical duties such as filing and photocopying as needed. Perform light bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing or tracking expenses when necessary. Experience Prior office experience or clerical experience demonstrating organizational skills and attention to detail. Knowledge at least on a mastery level with computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and familiarity with data entry software like QuickBooks. Display & show practicing effective phone etiquette. Knowledge of office management procedures, filing systems, proofreading techniques, and time management strategies. Personal assistant experience is a plus but not required Training will be provided for specific needs & duties.
Pay:
$18.50 - $19.00 per hourBenefits:
