Job Description
Charm Medical, located in Pembroke, MA is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support the CEO and CFO of the company. We are looking for someone that will handle a variety of tasks, including administrative needs, general office support, certain human resource functions and some general customer service needs periodically.
Essential Functions of Position:
Work closely with CFO and Compliance Manager while performing a variety of tasks in the human resources department including maintaining accurate employee, benefit, and payroll data. This candidate will coordinate bi-weekly payroll and will assist employees with payroll and benefits questions. The HR Assistant/Office Manager will also ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office and manage office supply inventory. Responsibilities- Recruit and onboard employees
- Run a variety of pre and post-employment checks
- Manage personnel folders
- Assist in managing benefit administration
- Maintain employee relations
- Run payroll bi-weekly
- Create and run reports in excel for management use
- Assist Compliance Manager with record keeping of all weekly, monthly and quarterly logs
- Ordering office supplies and assist in keeping the office running smoothly Other tasks and miscellaneous projects as assigned Competencies
- 2+ years previous HR experience preferred
- Experience processing payroll
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Experience in recruitment
- Highly detail oriented
- Must be well organized, self-disciplined, have a great attention to detail and be a great communicator at all levels
