full-time Administrative Assistant - Boston, MA We are currently seeking candidates for an Administrative Assistant position with a highly successful investment management firm based in Boston, MA. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting complex calendar management, coordinating domestic and international travel, preparing reports and presentations, and providing additional administrative support as needed. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of administrative experience, preferably within professional services. This is a 6+ month contract-to-hire position paying $27-$33/hr (depending on experience) within a 40-hour workweek. The role supports a hybrid work model in their Boston office.

Responsibilities:

Manage complex calendars across multiple time zones, proactively coordinating meetings and resolving scheduling conflicts. Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and expense reporting. Prepare meeting materials, client presentations, and daily team packets while coordinating with guest speakers and internal stakeholders. Oversee meeting and event logistics, including room scheduling, catering, and technology setup. Partner with administrative peers and senior leadership to support seamless communication and workflow across departments. Provide additional administrative support as needed.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree required. 1+ years of administrative experience in a professional services environment; investment management or financial services experience preferred. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively manage competing priorities. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
