Administrative Assistant Burger & Company Farmington Hills, MI Job Details Full-time $20 an hour 12 hours ago Qualifications Word processing Productivity software Full Job Description Full or Part Time $20/Hour with No Benefits 8am - 5pm with an optional hour for lunch Qualifications - Friendly and detail oriented 2-3 Years Customer Service and/or Administrative (Required) Proficient in Microsoft Office (Required) Typing Speed around 45 WPM Impeccable Phone Skills and Etiquette Excellent oral and written communication skills •Well-organized, highly attentive to detail and a multi-tasker Experienced in an office setting is a plus This is an "in office" position. Not Remote! Ability to communicate well with the salesmen aged between their 20's to 60's Responsibilities - Perform office support duties as assigned such as: Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally with enthusiasm Preparation of documentation/ Word processing (i.e. letters, leases, offers, etc.) Maintain physical and electronic filing systems Assist Virtual Office Manager on physical filings, in office inventory tracking, and daily tasks Using the printer/copier & understand basic electronic trouble shooting Light accounting to include prepping deposit slips/checks and depositing receipts Meet guests upon arrival, maintain lunchroom supplies, refill paper in printers, refill printed master documents
