Job Description

Job Description Summary:
To provide efficient, effective, quality administrative support through a variety of general office duties including reception, scheduling, word processing, document distribution, and file maintenance. Will assist department leadership and other staff of administrative details, using judgment and discretion to solve office problems and expedite workflow.

We're Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent. One year of administrative support experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Ability to create and compile simple to moderately complex documents, reports, graphs/charts, and presentations
What You'll Do:
Schedule :
Monday
  • Friday:
    8 am
  • 4 30 pm (4 days in the office and 1 day remote) As an Administrative Assistant , you'll play a vital role in the care team
  • supporting leaders, connecting with providers, and helping ensure a seamless experience every day.
As a key member of the ambulatory team, you will: Schedules and maintain calendars for appointments, meetings, and travel. Assists with travel arrangements and expense reporting. Organizes administrative aspects of meetings (agenda, site, food/beverage, technology, documents). Answers and screens calls, greet visitors, provide procedural information, and answers questions related to operational matters.
