Job Description
The Administrative Assistant supports the Revenue Cycle team by processing billing-related activities, handling incoming correspondence, and ensuring accurate and timely claims processing. This role works closely with internal partners and plays a key role in maintaining quality standards and supporting Home Infusion and Nursing billing operations. What you'll do to make a difference: Understand and support third-party billing processes. Triage incoming correspondence and process claims received via mail or fax. Ensure the timeliness and accuracy of billing activities. Meet established quality assurance benchmarks and productivity standards. Process Home Infusion and Nursing claims. Identify billing trends and communicate with business partners on a regular basis. Perform additional administrative duties as assigned. What you need to be successful: High school diploma or GED required. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail. Self-motivated with effective time management and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Microsoft Office proficiency required. Experience with HCN 360 and/or CPR+ preferred. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
