We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our Property Management team in Charleston, SC. The ideal candidate will assist the Property Manager in handling the day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication and multitasking skills.Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the Property Manager Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence with tenants, vendors, and contractors Maintain and update property management records and databases Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports, leases, and other documents Schedule and coordinate property maintenance and inspections Help manage property budgets, invoices, and expense reports Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and electronic Assist with tenant move-ins and move-outs, including processing paperwork and coordinating logistics Support marketing efforts to attract and retain tenants Perform other administrative duties as assigned by theProperty Manager Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in property management or real estate Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience with property management software is a plus High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle confidential information Valid driver's license and reliable transportationJob Type:
Part-time Pay:
