Job Description
Position Overview Two Vista Wealth Solution advisors are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Shared Administrative Assistant to support their financial services practices. This remote position offers a flexible schedule and is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently while managing a variety of administrative and client service responsibilities. The successful candidate will assist with the submission, processing, and servicing of investment, annuity, and insurance business, helping to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for clients. Responsibilities Monitor business processing and follow up on outstanding requirements Assist with account maintenance and service requests Communicate with clients, carriers, and home office personnel regarding account and policy matters Track application status and ensure timely completion of business processing Maintain accurate client records and documentation Support advisors with administrative tasks and client service needs Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and other office-related duties as needed Qualifications Previous administrative experience, preferably in the financial services, insurance, or investment industry Knowledge of investment, annuity, and insurance products is preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a remote environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business systems High level of professionalism and commitment to client service What We Offer Flexible remote work environment Consistent part-time schedule (15 to 20 hours per week) Competitive hourly compensation based on experience ($15-$20 per hour) Opportunity to support two established financial professionals and play a key role in delivering exceptional client service To apply, please submit your resume and a brief summary of your relevant experience.
