Make occasional business-related errands, including bank deposits, as needed. Scan, organize, and electronically file documents using high-volume multifunction copier/scanner equipment. Create, organize, combine, split, edit, and manage PDF documents using Adobe Acrobat. Organize and maintain paper and electronic filing systems. Perform data entry with exceptional accuracy. Prepare, copy, assemble, and distribute documents. Monitor the corporate voicemail system and forward messages to the appropriate employee. Provide administrative support to management and all departments. Monitor and replenish office supplies. Print daily direct check batches. Process returned mail in accordance with company procedures. Assist with special projects and perform other administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Previous administrative, clerical, customer service, or office experience is preferred but not required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat, including scanning, organizing, combining, splitting, and managing PDF documents, is strongly preferred. Training will be provided for the right candidate. Experience operating high-volume multifunction copier/scanner equipment is strongly preferred. Training will be provided for the right candidate. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment. Dependable with a strong record of attendance and punctuality. Requirements Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required, as daily business-related errands outside the office are an essential function of this position. This is a fully on-site position. Remote or hybrid work is not available. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality. Ability to consistently produce accurate work, as attention to detail is essential to this position. Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout the workday. Ability to frequently handle paper files, mail, and office documents. Ability to operate standard office equipment, including computers, printers, scanners, copiers, and telephones. Ability to occasionally lift and carry office supplies, mail, and document boxes weighing up to 20 pounds.
