POSITION SUMMARY
Provide professional administrative support to Symbria Rehab Vice President of Clinical Operations, Director of Wellness and other key individuals. Duties include administrative and project based work. Project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction. The duties of the position provide approximately 75% support to Symbria Rehab and 25% support to the SeniorFitness program. •This is a Remote Position•
Responsibilities:
Works under the daily direction of Vice President and Director. Prepare correspondence, reports and materials for publications and presentations. Prioritize, coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously on behalf of multiple managers and departments, and follow through on issues in a timely manner. Maintain Vice President's, Director's and other key individuals' calendars. Set up and coordinate internal management, committee meetings and conferences. Provide administrative and clerical support to Symbria Rehab and SeniorFitness programs. Maintain hard copy and electronic filing systems for appropriate company documents. Support material creation and logistical needs for Rehab employee training, including scheduling, formatting and editing documents, distribution of materials, and tracking attendance. Prepare, produce and distribute presentations. Assist with the maintenance of client (Administrators) and staff (Program Managers & SeniorFITness) contact lists, in partnership with the IT team. Process and distribute monthly Rehab and SeniorFITness and quarterly Senior LIFEsteps reports. Assist with Quality Management initiatives including but not limited to, client, patient and participant satisfaction reports, customer growth and dashboard reports. Maintain minutes for Chalk Talk and SeniorFITness Best Practice Meetings. Coordinate SeniorFITness Certification training. Formatting and distribution of disease management modules. Any and all duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, the ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily is necessary and the qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required: High school diploma, general education degree (GED) or Associates Degree. Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures. Administrative experience required; minimum three years. Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications; specifically
Microsoft Office:
Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and ability to learn new software applications. Visibility of work requires attention to detail, excellent organizational and prioritization skills and discretion with confidential information. Ability to plan, track and manage project tasks for self and others. Professional verbal and written communication skills.
