Location:
Please focus on candidates based in or near Los Altos, Palo Alto, Mountain View, Sunnyvale, Cupertino, Santa Clara, and San Jose.Work arrangement:
The position will be primarily work from home, but the candidate must be able to travel locally when needed, mainly within Los Altos, Palo Alto, and nearby areas. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.Main responsibilities:
- Support the early-stage operations of our startup in the U.S.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, documents, vendors, and external communications.
- Assist with recruitment, including screening candidates, arranging interviews, and conducting initial interviews.
- Communicate with potential partners, service providers, and other relevant parties.
- Assist with preliminary business research and business development exploration.
- Handle some personal assistant-related tasks when needed. The exact proportion of company and personal work can be discussed during the interview.
- Complete occasional local errands and in-person coordination.
Requirements:
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English.
- Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Organized, responsible, responsive, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable working in a fast-changing startup environment.
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States and must not require visa or immigration sponsorship now or in the foreseeable future.
