Type:

full-time Bond Support Specialist, Philadelphia (Hybrid) Surety Analyst - Responsibilities Process and manage clients' surety bond needs, including reviewing bid specs/contracts, coordinating with underwriters, and issuing bonds. Deliver top-tier customer service to clients, underwriters, and Producers. Handle bond issuance, modifications, renewals, cancellations, invoicing, and database management. Review incoming bond applications for accuracy and completeness. Process endorsements and renewals, documenting changes and informing relevant parties. Conduct quality checks and resolve documentation discrepancies. Support accounting with billing issue resolution and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Surety Analyst - Requirements High school diploma required; college degree preferred. 3+ years of related insurance experience; surety support experience strongly preferred. Background in P&C support/processing, surety brokerage/agency, or a detail-heavy field (legal, mortgage, real estate) also considered. Strong customer service, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office; willing to learn proprietary systems. No licensing required. Stable work history required - no job hoppers.

Schedule:

Hybrid schedule - 1 day onsite (Wednesdays) through November, then 3 days onsite (Tuesday-Thursday).
