Apply Now Job Description Position Summary:
Insight Global is seeking a Compliance Administrative Assistant for a top energy industry client. This candidate will provide critical administrative support to a fast-paced Compliance department, ensuring information requests are processed accurately and efficiently while maintaining strict confidentiality standards. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working across data systems such as Salesforce and reporting platforms. This individual will support database management, reporting requests, stakeholder communications, and special projects, playing a key role in helping the compliance team stay responsive and organized in a fully remote environment. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to leverage administrative, compliance, or data management experience while working with a highly collaborative team.
Day-to-Day:
  • Respond to information requests by locating, retrieving, and delivering requested data
  • Review incoming information for accuracy and enter data into applicable systems
  • Run database queries and generate reports as needed
  • Compile, gather, and distribute requested information
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of regulatory, business, and personal data
  • Provide customer service support to internal stakeholders and external requestors
  • Assist with special projects as assigned
  • Communicate workload updates and provide input to management

Skills and Requirements Must Haves:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce for tracking requests, cases, and workflow activities.
  • Experience with Databricks or similar data platforms for running queries, pulling reports, and reviewing data.
  • Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Prior experience in a compliance, legal, or financial services environment.
  • Prior experience in compliance, legal support, or administrative support preferred.
