EAC Network, a leading not-for-profit social service agency dedicated to helping over 80,000 people through 120 impactful programs across Long Island and NYC, is looking for a dedicated full time Coordinator to join our Nassau County Problem Solving Court Case Management and Recovery Support Services Program!

Monday-Friday 9AM-5

Responsibilities:
Assist in coordinating daily operations of the program. Train, schedule and supervise interns, volunteers and assigned staff. Administer baseline and follow up SUPRT surveys and other project instruments. Compile monthly and quarterly reports and track completion and submission of data as required by contracts. Coordinate client interviews, intakes, scheduling and case follow-up. Act as a liaison with program evaluator and project partners concerning data collection and updates. Maintain and update client files as needed and oversee on and offsite storage files. Reconcile program OMNY cards with accuracy. Coordinate site visits. Perform all other relevant duties as determined by Supervision and

Administration. What key knowledge, skills, and abilities are required to excel in this role: Bachelor's Degree in a related field required. Minimum of two years of relevant office experience. Must have data collection, data entry and/or evaluation experience. Must be proficient in computer applications or other automated systems such as spreadsheets, Microsoft Office applications, calendar, and email and/or database software necessary to perform work assignments. Must have pleasant phone manner, good communication skills, both oral and written as well as the ability to work cooperatively with treatment providers and court personnel.
