What You'll Do:
Provide Administrative & Operational Support:
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, process expense reports, and support day-to-day activities for division leadership. Serve as a
Key Communication Hub:
Act as a liaison between leadership, internal departments, customers, vendors, and subcontractors by coordinating communications, routing inquiries, and ensuring timely follow-up on requests and initiatives.
Prepare Business Reports & Presentations:
Create, maintain, and distribute reports, presentations, correspondence, and other professional documentation with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Support Division Projects & Employee Programs:
Assist with cross-functional initiatives, onboarding activities, training coordination, and special projects that contribute to the division's overall success.
Coordinate Meetings & Events:
Organize internal meetings, customer engagements, leadership updates, business planning sessions, and special events while managing logistics and schedules. Represent the
