$29.00/hour

Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

  • Perform assigned duties associated with ensuring compliant
PR&O HCP
Engagement processes (Needs Assessment, Contracts, Service Request, Invoicing and Payment).
This may include:
o Managing HCP consultant service activity requests o Ensuring new service requests align to the approved needs assessment plans o Managing and track modifications to the needs assessment plans o Managing creation of fee for service HCP consultant certification invoices and pre-authorization letters o Preparing payment packets for approval post activity occurrence o Tracking HCP usage and payments
  • High level of accountability while managing HCP interactions
  • Implement new processes and improve current processes around HCP consultant engagements
  • Proper J&J approved document retention of all contractual documents
  • Proper tracking and reporting of payment cycle times
  • General administrative duties as required
Qualifications/Skills Required:
  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in administrative processing in contracts administration.
  • Experience in medical/pharma or with healthcare professionals is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions, manage multiple records, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient with business systems and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Point, Excel, Word); comfortable learning new platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail; able to validate data and keep accurate records.
  • Excellent written communication skills for emails and documentation.
  • Able to handle sensitive or confidential information appropriately.
Qualifications/Skills Preferred:
  • J&J internal systems experience
