Job Description Insight Global is looking for an Administrative Admin to support one of our large clients in Virginia Beach. This position is a hybrid role (onsite roation). This candidate needs someone with strong experience with administrative duties, clear communication, event coordination, and supporting multiple teams.
Administrative Support:
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements. Handle correspondence, prepare reports, and maintain confidential files.
Communication:
Serve as a point of contact between the executives and internal/external stakeholders. Ensure smooth communication and promptly address queries both in person and virtually.
Event Coordination:
Assist in organizing team events, workshops, and conferences. Coordinate logistics and manage event-related tasks.
Project Support:
Provide support on various projects by organizing data, preparing presentations, and coordinating with different departments.
Team Assistance:
Support the broader team by managing resources, facilitating team communications, and assisting with onboarding new team members.
Compensation:
$24/hr to $26/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.   • HS - High School Grad or Equivalent required
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as an Administrative Assistant
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 Suite
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Adaptable and able to prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment.
  • Experience supporting C-Suite
