We are hiring an Executive Secretary I for our Individual Processing Division located in Springfield IL. Essential Functions Under direction, performs secretarial support duties for the Individual Processing Division ( IPD ) Manager and administrative staff. Serves as Division timekeeper. Coordinates reporting and special project assignments for the Division Manager. Serves as receptionist for the Division. Performs complex clerical duties requiring independent decision-making. Maintains budget records for the Division Manager relative to personal services, equipment, overtime, etc., and advises Division Manager if it appears that IPD may need to request additional appropriations.
