As a Field Services Coordinator, you will be an integral part of our services team, interacting daily with customers, as well as our sales team. Experience using HubSpot (or similar CRM) or a ticketing system is a plus. We value self-direction, teamwork, ambition, creativity, strong writing skills, and an entrepreneurial spirit. What You Will Be Doing:
Assisting a team of six to eight field technicians and 40 salespeople with administrative support in a timely and professional manner, Managing the main services email inbox and prioritizing and routing jobs for scheduling through completion, Communicating with clients over the phone regarding active jobs or requests, Quoting service jobs for sales reps and customers, Keeping meticulous notes and follow up tasks in Hubspot (CRM), Tracking service contracts and communicating for renewals, Coordinating schedules and booking travel for out-of-town service calls, Interfacing with internal teams as needed to ensure successful resolution to service tickets, Working with Services Manager to be sure that all tasks are prioritized and completed in a timely and professional manner. What You Need for this
Position:
  • Strong organizational skills with a meticulous, thorough, and detail-oriented work ethic.
  • Positive, friendly, professional demeanor
  • College degree preferred.
  • Proactivity:
    A proactive approach to identifying potential challenges and addressing them early.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and find efficient solutions independently.
  • Passion for helping businesses, educators, and government entities.
  • Desire to be part of an entrepreneurial, team-oriented environment that thrives on flexibility and autonomy.

  • Experience with or eagerness to learn productivity tools including HubSpot, Google Docs, Google Sheets, HelpScout, and Gmail.
