OrthoLegal is a boutique, physician-owned company that manages legal evaluations for workers' compensation cases. We support expert orthopedic surgeons as they provide independent evaluations—not medical care—for legal documentation purposes. Our work is professional, precise, and more legal than medical. We're seeking a highly organized, polished, and personable Front Desk Coordinator to ensure a smooth, five-star experience for our physicians and their clients. If you have a background in hospitality, client services, or front desk reception , and you're looking for a meaningful, long-term role, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do:
Serve as the face of the office—greeting clients, coordinating flow, and ensuring a professional environment Support orthopedic surgeons during legal evaluation days at various office locations (no procedures involved) Anticipate the needs of the physician you're partnered with and build trusted working relationships Ensure office set-up for appointments Complete simple intake procedures (you'll be fully trained) Review client intake forms for completeness and flag any missing information Coordinate with our main office to resolve any issues on-site quickly and professionally
