• Hiring Coordinator & Administrative Assistant
• to help us manage our hiring process and support the onboarding of new team members. This is a fast-paced, remote, part-time role for someone who communicates clearly, stays on top of details, and enjoys helping build great teams. What You'll Do
• Review and sift through incoming job applications.
• Identify qualified candidates based on our hiring criteria.
• Conduct first-round interviews with applicants.
• Collect candidate information, notes, and interview feedback in an organized format.
• Coordinate with our team on candidate decisions.
• Schedule approved candidates for second-round interviews.
• Help move successful candidates through each stage of the hiring process.
• Assist with onboarding new team members once they are hired. What We're Looking For
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Professional, presentable communication style.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Confidence conducting introductory interviews.
• Ability to work independently in an upbeat, fast-moving environment.
• Reliability, responsiveness, and comfort managing schedules and follow-ups.
• Prior recruiting, hiring coordination, administrative, or executive-assistant experience is a plus. Role Details
