In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for managing homeowners' association financial records, overseeing administrative tasks, and supporting community management activities. Your energetic approach will ensure smooth operations, accurate financial reporting, and exceptional service to residents and stakeholders. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a well-organized community environment while utilizing your accounting expertise and administrative skills. This is a part-time position with two in office days per week and option to work remotely one day a week, once training is completed. Responsibilities Maintain and reconcile HOA financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks Desktop. Bank reconciliations. Prepare detailed financial reports monthly for board review. Manage administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, handling correspondence, and maintaining community records. Requirements Proficiency with QuickBooks. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Strong communication skills for interacting with residents, vendors, board members, and team members. Technical proficiency in spreadsheets and other financial software tools a plus. Attention to detail in account analysis, balance sheet reconciliation, and account reconciliation processes. Self-starter and motivated to accomplish tasks with little over governing.
