The successful candidate will ensure a smooth and efficient workplace by coordinating administrative activities, managing office resources, marketing and client intake. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and general inquiries professionally.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, records, and documentation.
- Assist with onboarding new employees and coordinating office events.
- Support management with reports, correspondence, and special projects.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment.
- Assist with marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, community outreach, and promotional activities.
- Support business development efforts by identifying opportunities to attract and engage prospective clients.
- Manage the intake process for new clients, including responding to inquiries, gathering required information, scheduling consultations, and maintaining accurate client records.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective clients, ensuring a positive and professional experience from initial contact through onboarding.
- Track and report on marketing activities, client inquiries, and conversion metrics. Additional Requirements
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
- Ability to travel locally as needed, including trips up to one hour from the primary office location, to support clients, attend events, and assist with business operations. Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Previous experience in office administration, coordination, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
