In this role, you will provide support to our office employees, ensuring they have all the information and resources they need to perform their best. Your responsibilities will include maintaining client records across internal systems, scheduling client meetings and assisting in preparation, sending documentation to clients, routine administrative tasks, data entry, and assisting with marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor. We are open to either a part-time or full-time position. Responsibilities Maintain client records across internal systems Schedule client meetings and send preparatory information to clients Send digital and physical documents to clients and assist with completion Input data into Excel and software Help prepare for marketing efforts Assist with other administrative tasks as needed Opportunities for growth into client-facing tasks if desired, including, but not limited to, participating in client meetings Qualifications High school diploma/GED required, Bachelor's degree preferred Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar position, ideally within the financial services industry is, preferred (3+ years) Familiarity with standard office equipment such as printers and fax machines Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects Consistent and reliable Attention to detail Flexible work from home options available.
