Administrative Assistant Quantum Adult Day Program | El Dorado Hills, CA | Full-Time Our Program Quantum Adult Day Program is a new adult day program in El Dorado Hills, California, scheduled to open in November 2026 . We are building a compassionate, participant-centered team dedicated to providing high-quality services that promote dignity, independence, health, and community inclusion for adults with developmental disabilities. About the Role Quantum Adult Day Program is seeking an organized and dependable Administrative Assistant to support the daily administrative operations of our new Adult Day Program. The Administrative Assistant will serve as an important point of contact for participants, families, staff, community partners, and visitors while helping maintain organized records and efficient office operations. Responsibilities Answer phones, respond to routine inquiries, and greet participants, families, and visitors. Provide administrative support to program leadership and staff. Maintain organized participant, personnel, and administrative records. Assist with scheduling, correspondence, data entry, filing, and document preparation. Support participant admissions and collection of required documentation. Maintain calendars, meeting materials, forms, and office supplies. Assist with staff onboarding documentation and administrative tracking. Maintain confidentiality of participant, employee, and organizational information. Help ensure the front office remains professional, organized, and welcoming. Qualifications Previous administrative, healthcare, or office experience preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and customer-service skills. Proficiency with general office technology and electronic recordkeeping. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to handle confidential information professionally and appropriately. Experience in healthcare, developmental disability services, or human services preferred. Ability to pass DOJ/FBI Live Scan background check and required TB/health screening.
