Job Overview Part-time and in-person at my home: ~10 hours per week (flexible for the right person) I am a sales executive working remotely from Woodstock VT seeking productivity gains by hiring some help. I am seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Administrative Assistant to support me with a variety of personal and executive support tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical proficiency, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. This role provides essential personal and administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations and effective project coordination. Duties Manage daily, weekly and monthly to-do / project management list while executing the most basic / administrative tasks Create and maintain office organization system including filing mail, bills, household documents, etc. Manage and organize calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments Perform data entry, filing, and maintain organized electronic and physical records Personal tasks may also include other home house organization tasks, errands (e.g., grocery pic—up and trip planning) Requirements Flexibilty and willingness to adapt and customize the role as needed to ensure productivity gains for me Proven experience in an administrative or office management role, preferably supporting executives or Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining professionalism at all times Experience with calendar management, business travel arrangements, event planning, and project coordination..
