We act as the trusted team and "quarterback" of our clients' lives, delivering thoughtful, proactive, and highly customized service. The Role We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to join our growing Atlas Services team. You will work directly with high-net-worth clients to manage tasks and projects that support their personal and professional lives. This is a hands-on role with a significant amount of local driving and errand-running. While some responsibilities are administrative, candidates should expect to spend a meaningful portion of their time out of the office handling client needs such as pickups and drop-offs, shopping and returns, appointments, vendor coordination, and other local errands. The right candidate is highly dependable, polished, intuitive, and resourceful. You should be comfortable receiving a request, figuring out the best way to accomplish it, and following it through to completion without needing significant oversight. Because you will be working closely within clients' personal lives, discretion, professionalism, good judgment, and reliability are essential. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive personal and administrative support to clients Run client-related errands, including shopping, returns, pickups, drop-offs, and other local tasks Drive regularly to client homes, appointments, businesses, and other locations as needed Manage schedules, appointments, travel arrangements, reservations, and daily logistics Coordinate personal, household, and lifestyle projects from start to finish Communicate and coordinate with household vendors, service providers, staff, and other professionals Research and source products, services, vendors, and solutions for client needs Anticipate client needs and proactively address tasks before they become issues Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive personal information Step in to support Atlas teammates and adapt to changing client needs and priorities What We're Looking For Excellent written and verbal communication skills Exceptional attention to detail and organization Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests simultaneously High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and discretion Proactive and solutions-oriented approach, you enjoy figuring things out Reliable, punctual, and self-directed Flexible and comfortable when plans or priorities change Strong follow-through and personal accountability Comfortable interacting with clients, vendors, and professionals in a polished and confident manner Technologically proficient, including Microsoft Office Requirements 3+ years of Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, household management, concierge, or comparable high-touch client service experience preferred; Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation; Comfortable driving frequently throughout the workday and completing client errands throughout the local area; Ability to pass a background check; Benefits 401(k) with matching eligibility after 6 months Health, dental, and vision insurance Flexible spending and health savings accounts Section 125 salary deferral cafeteria plans Mileage reimbursement for business related travel Life insurance Paid time off Sick Time Additional perks after 2 and 5 full-time years of employment.
