  • 20 hours/week (Mon-Fri, 8am to 12pm) About the Role Allied Electric Technology (AET) is a growing commercial electrical contractor based in Tempe.
We manage lighting maintenance and service work for over 120 commercial properties across the Phoenix metro area. We're hiring a Part-Time Service Coordinator to support our lighting maintenance and service operations. This role is in-office , highly organized, and process-driven. It is a great fit for someone early in their career who wants real responsibility, structure, and exposure to how a growing business actually runs. This is not a remote position. Schedule 20 hours per week minimum Monday-Friday Typical hours: 8:00 AM
  • 12:00 PM In-office at our Tempe headquarters What You'll Be Doing You'll be supporting day-to-day service operations, including: Managing incoming service and lighting maintenance emails Drafting responses to property managers Creating and updating work orders Coordinating schedules for technicians Tracking completed jobs and routing them correctly (invoicing, follow-up work, rescheduling) Processing NightProof lighting inspection reports (uploading videos, sending reports, opening follow-up work orders when needed) Updating and working inside of CRM & scheduling system Keeping jobs organized, moving forward, and documented properly Strong customer service skills are essential.
You will be communicating daily with property managers and clients via email and occasionally by phone. Clear, professional communication and a service-first mindset are critical to success in this role. You will not : Set pricing Negotiate with clients Handle billing or invoicing Make commitments on behalf of the company This role has clear guardrails and training.
