This position reports to:

Service Coordinator __ In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide support services to businesses in various administrative areas. Each day, you will engage internal customers. You will also showcase your expertise by providing efficient support services. The work model for the role is: Remote This role is contributing to the Electrification Smart Power division in North America You will be mainly accountable for: Providing services in various administrative areas to meet business needs Oversee the delivery of services by external providers and ensure they meet service level agreements (SLAs) and report any shortcomings Managing service cases in Salesforce and field service lightning Use the ABB training matrix and Scheduling system to ensure properly trained technicians are utilized for customer sites Communicate with internal and external customers concerning scheduling of the services requested. ( Preventative maintenance. Emergency visits, startups, and any other requests). Responsible for invoicing the sales orders. Closing cases and SAP service orders.

Job Qualifications:

3+ years of customer service experience in service coordination 1+ years of experience working with SAP and/or Salesforce Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively to ensure business goals are being met Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US Why ABB? Vacation is provided based on years of service for hourly and non-exempt positions. Salaried exempt positions are provided vacation under a permissive time away policy. While base salary is determined by things such as the successful applicant's qualifications and experience, this position is expected to pay between $51,100 and $81,760 annually.
