Compensation The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $27-32/hr. Position Details The Senior Sales Administrative Assistant supports multiple Directors,providinga wide range of administrative support to the team by implementing department/operational processes to help meet our goals.

This position is remote with travel opportunities. You will report to aDirector.
You will:
Respond to requests byaskprobing questions,gatheringand providing information. Compose,modify, and proofread correspondence, reports, or presentations Schedule meetings, conferenceroomsand make travel arrangements. Overseecalendar, andprepare materials needed bymanagerfor meetings. Track departmental expenses and resolve/reconcile discrepancies on general ledger budget accounts. Maintain office supply inventory and place orders. Prepare personnel,purchasingand other administrative forms for the office andforward forapproval and processing. Compile and manage weekly/monthly list of all tasks duefor teamand post task list each week forsalesteam. Manage sales presentation library andassistsales team with PowerPoint presentations. Help onboardnew salesteam members.
You Have:
High School diploma or equivalent 3 or more years of administrative experience. Proficiencyin typing 50 WPM and common programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Experience communicating essential information concisely, both in writing and verbally. The ability to proofread documents for correct grammar,spellingand punctuation. A knack for learning multiple software programs. Salesforce automation tools experience is helpful.
