We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our team and help keep our operations running smoothly.
Job Summary:
The Virtual Assistant will provide administrative, organizational, and project support to the OnPoint Construction team. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage email correspondence, phone calls, and messages, ensuring timely and professional responses. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and project timelines. Assist with project documentation, contracts, proposals, and reports. Maintain organized digital files and records for easy accessibility. Support social media management, marketing initiatives, and client communications. Prepare invoices, track payments, and assist with basic bookkeeping. Research vendors, suppliers, or materials as needed for ongoing projects. Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or administrative role, preferably in construction, real estate, or related industries. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, or Buildertrend). Ability to work independently and take initiative. High level of professionalism and discretion with sensitive information.
Preferred:
Familiarity with construction terminology and project management processes. Experience with CRM systems and scheduling software.
