Job Description

Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Coordinator III to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for various departments, ensuring seamless communication and efficient execution of projects. Your expertise will contribute significantly to the achievement of organizational goals by providing comprehensive support and fostering collaboration across teams. Responsibilities Support provider onboarding by ensuring required Collaborative Practice Agreements and prescriptive authority documents are fully executed, filed, and maintained. Support Collaborative Practice Agreement renewals and maintain accurate documentation. Utilize databases and software applications to record and maintain provider information. Assist with various administrative and project-related activities . Maintain accurate and organized records while handling confidential information. Communicate effectively with internal teams, physicians, vendors, and other stakeholders. Support departmental activities and other administrative responsibilities as assigned. Ensure work is completed accurately and within required timelines. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced, complex administrative environment preferred. Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail . Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong customer service skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel . Ability to learn and utilize new software applications. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable managing confidential information. #
NonVax Pay:
