Days and Hours are
Monday-Friday:
7am-2:30pm (35 hour work week)
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
1.Perform administrative and clerical duties as assigned.2.Compose, type, and process correspondence, reports, notices and recommendations as instructed.3.Obtain and organize pertinent data and reports as needed.4.Maintain a regular filing system and maintain pertinent school records.5.Place and receive telephone calls, record messages.6.Perform all receptionist duties.7.Arrange and maintain a schedule of appointments, conferences and interviews.8.Order and maintain supplies as needed.9.Collect monies and maintain accounts where appropriate.10.Supervise main office.11.Arrange for substitute teachers and class coverages.12.Perform all related tasks as assigned by the School Principal/Administrator.13.Assist administration in special projects/awards ceremonies, as needed/necessary.14.Assist Attendance Clerk, as needed/necessary.15.Perform all related tasks as assigned by the School Principal/Administrator.
