Typical Physical Demands:
Sit and stand to do clerical work. Regularly lift and move equipment and supplies up to 25-50 lbs.Benefits:

Minimum of two (2) years of customer service and administrative experience Relevant industry and leadership experience preferred Ability to travel up to 15% Strong data entry and documentation skills with high attention to detail Proficiency with Outlook, Excel and Word. Existing Yardi knowledge is a bonus Ability to communicate effectively across multiple levels of the organization Strong problem-solving, project management, and organizational skills Work order Management system training Work Gatekeeper framework compliance training Possession of a valid, state-issued driver's license and safe driving record is also required. $24.00 - $26.00 hr. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
