We're looking for an Administrative Assistant - DEERS/RAPIDS Credentials to support ta key client in Newport, Rhode Island. This position is responsible for processing military identification cards and Common Access Cards (CAC), verifying eligibility documentation, supporting
DEERS/RAPIDS
operations, maintaining accountability of controlled credentialing materials, and providing exceptional customer service to military members, retirees, civilian employees, contractors, and authorized dependents. What You'll Do You'll support daily
DEERS/RAPIDS
operations by: Processing Common Access Cards (CACs) and military ID cards Verifying eligibility documentation Assisting active-duty military, retirees, civilian employees, contractors, and dependents Maintaining accountability of secure credentialing materials Performing basic maintenance on RAPIDS equipment Maintaining records and reports Ensuring compliance with DoD credentialing requirements Delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced government environment We're Looking For Someone Who Is detail-oriented Enjoys helping people Thrives in a structured environment Takes pride in accuracy Maintains confidentiality Has outstanding customer service skills Can work independently while following established procedures Required Qualifications U.S. Citizen Secret Security Clearance (or ability to meet contract requirements) Strong computer skills Excellent communication skills Preferred Qualifications Previous
