Duties Assist the Facility Administrator in overseeing daily operations, including staff management, resident services, and compliance with long-term care regulations. Coordinate and supervise care teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality nursing, memory care, Alzheimer's care, and dementia-specific services. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans that respect residents' rights and promote independence. Manage administrative tasks such as budgeting, financial management, and maintaining accurate health records using Microsoft Office tools. Ensure adherence to health regulation policies, medication administration protocols, and safety standards across all departments. Support staff training initiatives related to senior care, disability services, social work practices, and home & community care standards. Facilitate communication between residents' families, healthcare providers, and regulatory agencies to promote transparency and trust. Supervise staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and team development to foster a motivated and efficient work environment. Experience Proven experience in nursing home administration or assisted living facility management with a strong understanding of long-term care regulations. Extensive background in senior care environments such as retirement homes, group homes, or residential care homes. Demonstrated leadership in supervising multidisciplinary teams within healthcare or social services settings. Familiarity with Alzheimer's disease, dementia care strategies, memory support programs, and resident's rights advocacy. Knowledge of healthcare financial management including budgeting, billing processes, and resource allocation. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or those requiring disability services is highly desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and reporting purposes; experience with healthcare software systems is a plus. Strong understanding of health regulation policies related to long-term care facilities and compliance requirements. Previous experience managing care facility operations or executive leadership roles within senior living or nursing home settings is preferred.
