Job Description

Overview:
Small personal injury firm seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Legal Administrative Assistant to support attorneys and manage daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer phones, greet clients, schedule appointments, and manage calendars
  • Prepare, proofread, and file legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings
  • Open and maintain client files, track deadlines, and manage case intake
  • Assist with medical records requests, billing, and basic accounting tasks
  • Coordinate with courts, opposing counsel, vendors, and service providers
  • Maintain document organization (electronic and hard copy) and case management software
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years administrative experience; law firm or personal injury experience preferred
  • Strong written/verbal communication, attention to detail, and organization
  • Proficiency with MS Office; experience with case management software a plus
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally and work in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma required; paralegal certificate or associate degree preferred
Compensation & Hours:
