Job Description

Under general supervision, responsible for managing various operations of the service team while supporting the accounting and operations group with various projects and tasks. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Work with the Service Scheduling Manager on schedule setup
  • Work with the service team and shipping/receiving to get parts to customer sites as needed
  • Schedule start up activities and coordinate subs schedules for projects
  • Notify sales, accounting, and management or service call status, challenges, issues and project completion timelines
  • Provide documentation and reporting on service calls
  • Update scheduling software for our staff and for our subcontractors
  • Create quotes and invoicing for service-related activities
  • Enter upcoming service activities into scheduling software
  • Manage rental equipment for upcoming service calls
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for our crew members including flights, hotel rooms, and rental cars
  • Assist Service Manager on parts readiness for local service team
  • Assist with local inventory for service parts
  • Document any company expenses and timely submission of expense reports Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Education and/or Experience Bachelor's Degree in related field and two years field experience is required; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous construction or trade experience is beneficial. Computer knowledge in the Microsoft suite of products, effective time management skills, math skills, and two years of construction experience are preferred. Knowledge of HVAC and other equipment is a plus. Working long hours, including occasional weekend and holiday hours may be expected at times.
  • Salary commensurate with experience.
