Vision and dental insurance, paid holidays, and competitive benefits package About Us The Best Rentals is a growing property management company specializing in short-term vacation rentals in the Charleston coastal markets, including Folly Beach, Edisto, Isle of Palms and Hilton Head. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to both property owners and guests. Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support daily operations in our fast-paced property management office. This role is essential in keeping our team efficient and ensuring smooth coordination between departments including accounting, marketing, and sales. Key Responsibilities Coordinate onboarding of new properties, owners, and clients Assist accounting, marketing, and sales teams with administrative tasks Manage paperwork, filing, and document organization (digital and physical) Procure office supplies and maintain inventory levels Ensure the office is clean, organized, and well-maintained Provide general administrative support to the team as needed Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Proficiency in Google Suites Excellent communication and teamwork skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Willingness to learn and grow in this developmental position Preferred (not required): Bookkeeping or basic accounting experience Customer Service experience Why Join The Best Rentals?
