Marion Responsibilities:
Greets visitors and patients and handles incoming telephone calls in a friendly and courteous manner. Responsible for timely and accurate patient registration and check-in. Schedules appointments and referrals in a timely manner. Responsible for processing medical records. Performs check-out duties accurately and according to established office guidelines. Key daily charges and file insurance when needed. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a physician office
