Job Description
On-Site Services Specialist Make an Impact Every Day! Join our team and play a vital role in keeping workplace operations running smoothly. As an On-Site Services Specialist, you'll provide exceptional customer service while supporting mail, print, scanning, shipping/receiving, office services, and workplace support functions. This is a hands-on role for a dependable professional who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and working directly with customers. What You'll Do Support daily mail, shipping/receiving, and package distribution operations Operate and maintain office equipment including copiers, printers, scanners, and postage machines Respond to customer service requests and provide timely solutions Perform scanning, document handling, filing, and records management tasks Assist with conference room and furniture setups Complete print, copy, fulfillment, and finishing projects Deliver completed work throughout the customer site Monitor equipment performance, replenish supplies, and maintain service logs Maintain organized work areas and ensure operational excellence Travel between buildings on the customer campus as needed Support additional office services and workplace functions as assigned What We're Looking For High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience Previous experience in office services, mailroom, print, copy, shipping/receiving, or customer support environments preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Ability to operate office equipment and learn new technologies Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Valid driver's license may be required based on location Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the workday Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment Why You'll Enjoy This Role This position offers a variety of responsibilities, direct customer interaction, and the opportunity to develop skills across mail services, print production, workplace services, and office operations while being part of a supportive team environment.
