We are seeking an Intake & Administrative Specialist to support a busy Health Business Office in Conway, SC . This is a high-volume, patient-facing position that serves as the first point of contact for individuals and families seeking health services. Every day is different, and success in this role requires professionalism, empathy, strong communication skills, and the ability to remain calm while managing a steady flow of patients, phone calls, scheduling, and administrative responsibilities.

Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM (37.5 hours/week with occasional opportunity for up to 40 hours) What You'll Do As part of the Business Office team, you'll help ensure patients receive a positive and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive.
Responsibilities include:
Greeting patients and families while providing exceptional customer service Completing new patient registrations and intake using electronic systems Answering a multi-line phone system and directing calls appropriately Scheduling appointments and maintaining patient calendars Collecting and entering insurance information accurately Maintaining patient records and ensuring timely documentation Assisting with front desk coverage, patient check-in, and supporting clinical staff as needed
