Responsibilities Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive experience from the moment they arrive Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, directing calls efficiently and courteously while maintaining excellent phone etiquette Manage front desk activities including scheduling appointments, handling inquiries, and providing information about services or procedures Perform data entry tasks using productivity software such as Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and Word processing tools to maintain accurate records Support office management by organizing files, maintaining supplies, and assisting with clerical tasks such as proofreading documents and filing Utilize computer skills to operate office equipment, update databases like QuickBooks for billing or invoicing, and support client communication efforts Prioritize tasks effectively to ensure high productivity levels while delivering outstanding customer support Qualifications Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical skills Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), spreadsheets, and data entry software Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment Strong communication skills, including bilingual abilities to serve diverse clientele if applicable Experience handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy Personal assistant experience or previous front desk roles are advantageous Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively while maintaining attention to detail and proofreading accuracy Join our team as a Front Desk Agent where your enthusiasm fuels a welcoming atmosphere!
